If a template isn’t right for you, you shouldn’t have to pay for it.

14-day money-back promise

Email idlecat9@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number or purchase email, and we’ll refund you in full. A reason is welcome but not required.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider. Depending on your bank, they usually appear within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days

Because templates are digital and delivered instantly, requests made after 14 days are generally not accepted, except where the law requires it.

Abuse

We may decline refunds where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund patterns.
