These Terms cover your purchase and use of Sheetwise spreadsheet templates. Sheetwise is run by Li Weifeng, an individual seller based in China (“we”, “us”). By buying or using a template, you agree to these Terms.
Products
We sell digital spreadsheet templates for Google Sheets, which also open in Microsoft Excel and Apple Numbers. They are delivered electronically, and nothing is shipped.
Licence
When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template for your own finances, including your own freelance business. You may edit it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute or share the template, original or modified, or publish it as a template of your own.
Payments
Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider, which may act as merchant of record. Prices are shown in USD at checkout, and applicable taxes may be added.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy: a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Not financial or tax advice
The templates are planning and organising tools. Tax reserve percentages are your own editable budgeting assumptions, not a calculation of tax owed, and are not tax, financial or legal advice. US self-employment tax and UK taxable profits depend on your net earnings after allowable expenses and your personal circumstances. Always check your actual obligations with a qualified professional or the relevant tax authority (such as the IRS or HMRC).
Disclaimer and liability
Templates are provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted on this page.
